The Fund’s investment objective is long-term growth of capital. In pursuing its investment objective, the Fund invests at least 80% of its investable assets in equity and equity-related securities of medium-sized companies. The subadviser uses a combination of fundamental research and systematic portfolio construction. The Fund is an actively managed exchange trade fund and therefore does not seek to replicate the performance of any specified index.
