A warrant issued in connection with the IPO of 1RT Acquisition Corp. (a SPAC focused on digital assets, blockchain, and fintech). Each whole warrant gives the holder the right to purchase one Class A ordinary share at an exercise price of US$11.50 per share. Only whole warrants trade (no fractional warrants); these warrants started trading separately under symbol “ONCHW” as of September 12, 2025, when the units (ONCHU) were split into shares and warrants.
