III is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) incorporated in the Cayman Islands for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The company is primarily focused on acquiring and operating a business in the consumer industry but may pursue opportunities in any sector or at any stage of corporate evolution. Its warrants (NPACW) began trading separately on the Nasdaq Global Market on June 16, 2025, with each whole warrant allowing the purchase of one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share. No fractional warrants are issued.
